<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing method of a stator winding in a rotary electric machine capable of easily inserting an insulated waveform spring into a gap between the stator winding and a wedge. <P>SOLUTION: A rigidity reduction portion (8F) is formed in a projected bent portion 8P of the insulated waveform spring 8, and is inserted into the gap between the stator winding 4 and the wedge 7 in a state where tension is applied from both ends of the insulated waveform spring to expand the spring, and the applied tension is released. Since the insulated waveform spring 8 comparatively easily expands and a ridge can be lowered when the tension is applied by forming the rigidity reduction portion (8F) in the insulated waveform spring 8 formed with a regular material, the insulated waveform spring 8 can be installed without applying depression force to the stator winding 4. Thus, the stator winding 4 can be depressed and fixed by original restoration force of the insulated waveform spring by releasing the applied tension after the insulated waveform spring is inserted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
