<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly productive method of manufacturing a mold sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A transfer sheet having a transfer surface on which a plurality of emboss patterns are formed is prepared. On the transfer surface of the transfer sheet, an uncured layer including silicon composition is formed. The transfer sheet on which the uncured layer is formed is wound to a winding roll 105. The winding roll 105 to which the uncured layer is wounded to is heat-treated by a thermal curing device 200.
