<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To degrade an oscillation signal leaking from an oscillation circuit to a main power source via an inductor for high frequency cut and to achieve miniaturization of the inductor for high frequency cut. <P>SOLUTION: A high voltage generating circuit 50 comprises: an oscillation circuit 10 having an inductor for oscillation LC1; a DC voltage supply circuit 20 to apply DC voltage supplied from a main power source to the oscillation circuit 10 via an inductor for high frequency cut LC2; and a voltage doubler rectifier circuit 30 which generates the DC voltage higher than the DC voltage supplied from the main power source by rectifying an oscillation signal generated in the oscillation circuit 10. The inductor for oscillation LC1 and the inductor for high frequency cut LC2 are connected in series and positioned to couple inductively. The signal leaked from the oscillation circuit 10 and a signal supplied from the side of the oscillation circuit 10 by the inductive coupling of the inductor for oscillation LC1 and the inductor for high frequency cut LC2 have reverse phases. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
