<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness routing device for easily performing work for inserting an electric wire of a wire harness inside a protector. <P>SOLUTION: This wire harness routing device 1 includes the wire harness 10 and the protector 4 for sliding a seat by interlocking with a support 3 slidably installed on a support rail 2 and guiding the wire harness 10 to the seat. The protector 4 is provided with: a wire harness holding part 43 positioned in the rail 2 and holding the wire harness 10 pulled in the rail 2 from an opening part 20; and a cylindrical guiding-out part continuing with the wire harness holding part 43, extending up to the upper side than an upper surface 2a of the rail 2 by being inserted into a slit 21 and inserting the wire harness 10 into the guiding-out part.
