PURPOSE: A driving device is provided to minimize a noise by inputting a signal without unnecessary frequency elements to an actuator. CONSTITUTION: A signal generator(210) generates a pulse signal with a different pulse width. An operational amplifier(220) receives the signal and transmits the signal to an actuator(230). A signal generator removes an unnecessary frequency element in an audible frequency band. The actuator is comprised of a linear resonant actuator or eccentric rotator. The operational amplifier is comprised of a buffer amplifier.
