摘要 PURPOSE: A large diameter reflective optical device with automatic alignment apparatus less sensitive to temperature change using a standard laser is provided to directly recompense the change of the actual alignment and the focal distance of a reflective optical device due to various factors like mechanical deformation as well as thermal deformation using a standard laser and a laser collimator. CONSTITUTION: The front end optical unit(100) of a large diameter reflective optical device comprises a main reflection mirror(20), a sub reflection mirror(40), a standard laser(50), a laser collimator(60), and a laser distance meter(70). The main reflection mirror condenses the light flowing in and forms a penetration part in which the light is flown out. The sub reflection mirror is included in the front of the main reflection mirror and reflects the condensed light in the main reflection mirror to pass through the penetration part and an outflow part. The standards laser irradiates a laser beam through the penetration part and the outflow part to an output part. The laser distance meter irradiates the laser beam to the main reflection mirror.
