<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve removing performance of foreign materials adhered to a pattern forming body and a holding body for holding the pattern forming body due to magnetic transfer. <P>SOLUTION: A master information recording body 200 on which a servo pattern is formed is held by a fixed-side holding body 301 and a movable side holding body 401, respectively, on which a magnetic recording medium 1 for recording magnetic information is superimposed. The fixed-side holding body 301 and the movable side holding body 401 are removed from a magnetic transfer device 14 for magnetically transferring the servo pattern to the magnetic recording medium 1 in a state where the master information recording body 200 is held by the fixed-side holding body 301 and the movable side holding body 401. The removed fixed-side holding body 301 or the removed movable side holding body 401 equipped with the master information recording body 200 is immersed in an aqueous hydrogen solution to clean it and then attached again to the magnetic transfer device 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
