METHOD FOR DETECTING COMPOUND INTERACTING WITH MOLECULE ON CELL MEMBRANE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a compound interacting with a target molecule on a cell membrane with high accuracy by eliminating a nonselective bounding of a labelling compound as much as possible, and to provide a kit that can be used with the method.

SOLUTION: The method for detecting the compound interacting with the molecule on the cell membrane includes: a step of acting the compound having a selective binding part to the molecule on the target cell membrane and a radicalization promoting part on the cell; a step of further acting a specified compound (I) on the cell; and a step of specifying a compound in which the compound (I) is bound.
