<p>The present invention relates to a teabag paper containing green laver and to a method for manufacturing same. More particularly, the present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly teabag paper and to a method for manufacturing same, the teabag paper containing: natural fibers such as paper mulberry pulp and Manila hemp pulp as main ingredients so as to have porosity; and green laver extract as a paper strengthening agent so as to have enhanced wet/dry tensile strength. The teabag paper containing green laver according to the present invention is manufactured by a process comprising : (1) a first step of beating a mixed pulp comprising 1-10 wt% of paper mulberry pulp and 90-99 wt% of Manila hemp pulp; (2) a second step of preparing a paper material by mixing, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the mixed pulp, 1-10 parts by weight of the green laver extract and 0.05-3 parts by weight of a paper material dispersing agent; (3) a third step of injecting the paper material into a paper machine for entangling the fibers to form a paper layer, eliminating moisture from the paper layer by compressing and drying the paper, and putting the paper through a calender to smoothen the surface thereof and maintain a uniform thickness thereof; and (4) a fourth step of cutting the paper into a desired dimension to make a product.</p> |
