<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage measuring circuit and method wherein a voltage between terminals to be measured can be precisely measured by suppressing the influence of noise. <P>SOLUTION: A detection resistor is connected in parallel with two terminals to be measured, a current value flowing through the detection resistor is measured, the current value is time-integrated, and furthermore, the current value after integration is divided by the integration time, thereby an average current value which is an average value of the current value is obtained. The average current value is converted into a digital signal to be transmitted to calculation means (processor).
