PURPOSE: A touch panel sensor and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to minimize short circuit generation by solidly fixing a first substrate which is connected to a second substrate and an external connection terminal with an insulating adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A second substrate(130) is arranged in the lower side of a first substrate(120), which detects physical contact on the first substrate with the first substrate. The second substrate is connected to the first substrate or an external connection terminal, and includes a connecting part with a cut out part(139). A supporting plate(160) is arranged in the lower side of the second substrate. The plate supports the first and the second substrate and is equipped with a through-hole(163). The connecting part is solidly fixed to the first substrate or the external connection terminal with an insulating adhesive coming though the through hole.
