Valve for a steam turbine

The valve (1) has valve bodies (5, 6) moved in a direction of a valve seat (8), and a valve flow channel (12) formed between the valve bodies and the valve seat for flowing through a flow medium. The valve flow channel comprises a profile form of a venturi nozzle. A cross-section of the valve flow channel is narrowed and extended. One of the valve bodies comprises a concave surface (13). The valve bodies are arranged on the common valve seat. A contour at an interior of the valve is changed by modification of the valve bodies and the valve seat.
