摘要

A method for correction of nasal septum comprises the resection of the curved areas after the semipenetrating cut of the mucous membrane on mucobuccal fold of nasal septum and separation of sheets of mucoperichondrium and mucoperiost. Immediately before the beginning of operative intervention 20 ml of blood is taken from patient vein and plates of platelet gel are prepared, and on the final stage of operation these plates are entered between the sheets of mucoperichondrium and mucoperiost and installed, firstly, in the places of tears (if any) and in the areas of thinned mucous membrane.
