PURPOSE: An auto-folding apparatus of harrow for tractor is provided to be automatically locked when an outside harrow board is folded. CONSTITUTION: An auto-folding apparatus of harrow for tractor comprises: a harrow fixing unit(460) which is installed between a central harrow board and an outside harrow board; an elastic bar(260) which is contracted and extended by the ascending and descending of the central harrow board; an elastic latch(450) which is installed at the rear of the central harrow board; a hanger(470) which is formed so that the elastic latch can be hung; and a hanging releasing part(430) which releases the hanging state of the elastic latch.
