<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair that allows an upholstery fabric to be fixed to a structural material by pushing the end of the upholstery fabric into a groove without requiring a high degree of skillfulness or high-accuracy assembly equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The chair is configured such that at least either one of a backrest or a seat includes a structural material to be attached with an upholstery fabric. The structural material has: a recessed groove into which the end of the upholstery fabric is pushed; and a guide surface continuous to one inside surface of the recessed groove and extending further outward than an opening end of the recessed groove. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
