The exchanger (10) has tubes flow-throughable by heat exchanger medium and extended area by area in a plane of a surface (12). The tubes are thermally coupled with cooling fin arrangements that comprise regions of different geometry and/or contour. The arrangements are formed as one-piece from a blank and alternately folded along fold lines. The fold lines are extended parallel to each other. The arrangements comprise a folded metal sheet section with a folded structure in a cross-section vertical to the fold lines. An independent claim is also included for a radiator module for a motor car.
