<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast transmitter-receiver for a movable body with which a user can comfortably view a recorded program even when a content is divided during recording of digital broadcast. <P>SOLUTION: A digital broadcast transmitter-receiver which can record video and audio data of a received digital broadcast in a recording medium has a recording controller and a reproducing unit. In the recording controller, identification information for identifying video and audio data of a digital broadcast for which recording is stopped while the video and audio data are being recorded in the recording medium and the recording is stopped during a period from the stop concerned till restart of next recording is successively recorded in association, and then when the recording is stopped while the video and audio data of the digital broadcast is being recorded in the recording medium and is not restarted, identification information for identifying the video and audio data whose recording is stopped is recorded in the recording medium in association with the identification information which has been already recorded.
