<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus with which a conference can be carried on until its closing time, a communication system, a communication control method and a communication control program. <P>SOLUTION: A communication apparatus obtains a scheduled closing time of a videoconference (S301), and calculates a battery capacity necessary for carrying on the videoconference until the scheduled closing time and a remaining battery capacity (S306). When the necessary capacity is greater than the remaining capacity, the videoconference cannot be carried on until the scheduled closing time. When the necessary capacity is greater than the remaining capacity (S307:NO), the communication apparatus instructs a communication apparatus other than the own apparatus to change various parameters of image data and sound data to be transmitted (S308). This reduces consumption of current for processing the image data and the sound data, whereby enabling the videoconference to be carried on until the scheduled closing time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
