PURPOSE: A location information searching method using a portable terminal is provided to enable a user to easily find a desired space by establishing a filtering parameter. CONSTITUTION: A first information providing server receives the establishment request signal of a filter and a variable filtering parameter from the portable terminal of a user(S201). The first information providing server establishes the filtering of the user according to the received variable filtering parameter(S202). The first information providing server searches space information(S203). The first information providing server sorts the searched searching information(S204). The first information providing server transmits the space searching information to the portable terminal(S205).
