METHOD FOR PRESERVING LIQUID COMPOSITION, LIQUID COMPOSITION, INSULATING MATERIAL FOR PRINTED WIRING BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the preservation stability to enhance the handleability in the liquid composition used as an insulation material for printed wiring board.

SOLUTION: The liquid composition is dried by a dehydrating agent at while maintaining solution viscosity of the liquid composition to 500 cP or less. Thereby, the liquid composition is dehydrated while securing the flowability of the liquid composition. Consequently, the phenomenon in which the liquid composition gelates and the viscosity is increased can be prevented from being generated even though the liquid composition is left as it is in the condition of the liquid composition. As a result, the preservation stability of the liquid composition can be improved and the handleability of the same can be enhanced.
