A pull-out guide (1) for furniture comprises a guide rail (2) which can be fitted to a furniture body, a central rail (3) which can be mounted such that it can move on the guide rail (2) by means of force-transmitting elements (5), and a running rail (4) which is mounted such that it can move on the central rail (3) by means of force-transmitting elements (5), and at least one additional application (9), in particular a self-retracting and/or push-out apparatus, wherein the central rail (3) is in the form of a hollow profile in which the at least one additional application (9) can be accommodated. A production method for a pull-out guide is also described.
