<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-cycle engine suitable for an engine working machine that can properly circulate oil in the engine, the engine working machine with the engine, and a hedge trimmer. <P>SOLUTION: The engine 1 includes a crank chamber 9 having a lower support wall 11 which rotatably supports a vertically-extending crankshaft 2, and a crank case 5 having a first communication passage which makes the crank chamber 9 and an oil chamber 17 communicate with each other. The lower support wall 11 has a first slope 44 which separates from an extension face 43 of a flat face 42 vertical to an axial line 14 with the crankshaft 2 as progressing toward the first communication passage from a support portion of the crankshaft 2, and the first communication passage communicates with the oil chamber 17 in the vicinity of the first slope 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
