<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a numerical control device capable of calculating a power loss or power efficiency of drive-related elements in a machine tool, displaying it, outputting it by printing, outputting it for recording in a storage medium or outputting it to the inside of the numerical control device or an external device. <P>SOLUTION: A numerical control device comprises: a power calculation unit 3 for calculating or estimating output power or output energy of at least two devices among each drive-related element in a machine tool 6 relating to power supply for driving an actuator such as a motor, etc. and a power-supply device 12 supplying power to the machine tool 6; a loss/efficiency calculation unit 4 for calculating a power loss or power efficiency based on the output power or output energy output by the power calculation unit 3; and a power output unit 5 for displaying the power loss or power efficiency calculated by the loss/efficiency calculation unit 4, outputting it by printing, outputting it for recording in a storage medium or outputting it to other devices. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
