The method involves adjusting relative position of a rotor to a housing (12) and providing another housing (3) with a rotor end. The latter housing is screwed with the former housing. The relative position of the latter housing is adjusted after opening a screw connection. An independent claim is also included for a turbine, particularly gas turbine or steam turbine, which has flange.
