<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal block offering improved long-term reliability, and a circuit board equipped with the terminal block. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal block 3 includes a pedestal 5 having a terminal mounting face 6 to which a terminal 4 is fixed, at least three first lead legs 7 formed on the pedestal 5, and second lead legs 8 formed on the pedestal 5. The front ends 7a of the first lead legs 7 and the front ends 8a of the second lead legs 8 are arranged opposite to the pedestal 5 with respect to the terminal mounting face 6.
