摘要 <p>Wash solution or concentrate comprises (i) water, (ii) at least a preferably anionic antioxidant, (iii) at least one complexing agent and (iv) at least one divalent cation, where the ionic ratio between the preferably anionic antioxidant and the divalent cation is >= 10:1, preferably >= 500:1. Independent claims are also included for: (1) treating plant fresh products, preferably for improving the stability of leafy vegetables, comprising providing the wash solution, contacting the washing solution with plant fresh products, preferably leafy vegetable, preferably a salad; and (2) a dry mixture for the preparation of the wash solution or the concentrate, comprising the components (i) to (iii).</p>
