PURPOSE: A solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the number of light paths projected to the solar battery, thereby effectively improving photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar battery. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(10) is prepared. A metal reflection layer(20) is arranged on the substrate. A convexo-concave pattern(22) is formed in the upper part of the metal reflection layer. A semiconductor layer(30) is arranged on the metal reflection layer. An upper electrode(40) is arranged on the semiconductor layer. |
