PURPOSE: An automatic and manual unmanned air vehicle management system is provided to easily control an unmanned air vehicle by using a smart phone. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(210) includes the manipulation facility of an unmanned air vehicle(100). A display unit(220) displays the state and operation state of the unmanned air vehicle. A first bluetooth(230) transmits the operation signal of the unmanned air vehicle. The first bluetooth receives state information of the unmanned air vehicle. A second bluetooth(310) transmits and receives smart phone information. A second RF(Radio Frequency) modem(320) transmits an operation signal to the unmanned air vehicle. The second RF modem receives state information of the unmanned air vehicle.
