PURPOSE: A wall sleeve for burying a pipe in a wall and a pipe installation method using the same are provided to enable easy installation, repair and replacement of a pipe without dismantlement of bricks or a concrete wall. CONSTITUTION: A wall sleeve for burying a pipe in a wall comprises a sleeve(12), a full thread bolt(16), and a sleeve fixing pin(18). The sleeve is opened on the front thereof to receive a pipe and has a fixing groove(14) formed on the exterior side of a side plate(13). The full thread bolt is inserted in the fixing groove to protect the sleeve and integrally formed with a nut(15) on the rear side thereof. The sleeve fixing pin has front threads(17) for thread-coupling with the nut of the full thread bolt and is fixed to a steel reinforcement inside a wall.
