The member has a balance spring (1) mounted on an arbor (2) and arranged for oscillating around an equilibrium position, where the member eliminates balance. A roller (4) is mounted on the arbor, and an impulse pin (40) is mounted on the roller, where the arbor is made of metal and the roller is made of silicon or ceramic. A hub (3) is mounted on the arbor, and cooperates with a pitcher for accelerating or decelerating the member. A collet (5) assembles the balance spring on the arbor and includes a notch (50) for fixing an inner end of the balance spring.
