<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turn signal lamp system in a range of "a traffic safety mechanism" prescribed by the existing law, that is, on the assumption of the safe and sure existing law. <P>SOLUTION: The function on a turn signal lamp of an existing vehicle is left as it is, and used as the first turn signal lamp function. In addition to the first turn signal lamp function, by using an existing or new fog lamp on the front surface of the vehicle and one or both of a fog lamp and a brake lamp on the rear surface, the flashing of the front-rear surfaces is used as the second turn signal lamp function, and the function is added for automatically starting to flash a second turn indictor lamp after passing by legal minutes acceptable to start turning or after traveling by legal meters acceptable to start turning after starting to flash the first function.
