The drive component (1) has a start and stop unit with a flywheel ring gear (5), which is fastened at the outer circumference of the start and stop unit. The flywheel ring gear is fastened opposite to the drive component. An oscillating decoupling of the flywheel ring gear is operated in a radial direction. An elastomer part (6) is made from plastic or rubber.
