摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle that performs gear shifting or pre-shifting without damaging an energy storage device, while having no effect on traveling, even if the number of rotations of a motor cannot be controlled when the amount of power remaining in the energy storage device is close to an upper or lower limit. <P>SOLUTION: When the power stored in a storage battery 1 is equal to or higher than a predetermined upper limit value or equal to or lower than a predetermined lower limit value, a controller 21a1 stops a motor MG, to control the number of rotations of a first input shaft 34 to be close to the number of rotations of a drive gear by a frictional force of a first clutch C1 or a first meshing mechanism SM1. Alternatively, the controller reduces the number of rotations of the first input shaft 34 by a rotational resistance of the first input shaft 34, to reduce a difference between the number of rotation of the first input shaft 34 and that of the drive gear to be equal to or smaller than a predetermined value, and couples the drive gear of the first input shaft 34 with the first input shaft 34 by the first meshing mechanism SM1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
