<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method and apparatus for sending voice traffic and data traffic on a circuit switched network and a packet switched network. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit switched network 320 excludes header information of IP/UDP/RTP from an Internet protocol packet even with or without holding a multimedia payload there.
