<p>The method involves generating two equal-sized matrices with random bit sequences. A sub-sequence is selected as a subset of bits from the sequences, where positions of bits of the sub-sequence of the sequences are same. Sum of the bits of the sub-sequence is checked for parity. The bits in the sub-sequence are changed from 0 to 1 or from 1 to 0 to mark bases such that marked bases represent public and private keys if the parity does not correspond to a sum of predetermined parity equivalents. The sub-sequence is represented within the sequences of the marked bases at positions of the bits. An independent claim is also included for a method for encrypting and decrypting a message with an asymmetric pair of keys.</p>
