<p>PURPOSE: A system for controlling illuminance and a method thereof are provided to maximize an energy reduction effect by selectively controlling the illuminance level of an illumination which is arranged at a part of an area among entire illuminations. CONSTITUTION: A data relay device(110) receives the check-in signal and the check-out signal of a user at a specific space and from an apparatus for controlling entrance(200). The data relay device changes a received check-in signal and check-out signal into a format for communicating with an apparatus for setting an illuminance level(120). The data relay device receives an illuminance level modification signal for changing the illuminance level of an illumination(400) which is arranged at a specific space from the apparatus for setting the illuminance level. The data relay device changes a received illuminance level modification signal into a format for communicating with an illuminance level control device(130). The illuminance level control device controls the illuminance level of the illumination through an electronic stablizer(300) using the illuminance level modification signal.</p> |
