The shell (1) has a Teflon(RTM: PTFE) coating and openings (2) provided at a shell bottom. An edge (4) of the shell comprises height between 20 and 80 mm, where the shell comprises dimension between 20 and 25 cm. The shell is adapted to an infrared hot air blower i.e. grill oven, or a microwave device. A handle (3) is provided at the shell, and a lower shell is arranged below the openings. An under cover grate increases hot air at a bottom side of the shell.
