<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology providing smooth feeling of use and excellent makeup lasting quality and being suitably used as powder cosmetic. <P>SOLUTION: The cosmetic containing the following (1) and (2) is provided. (1) 0.1-40 mass% of the cosmetic of surface processing powder in which surface processing of particles is performed by a fluorine-containing copolymer made by copolymerizing a fluorine-containing monomer expressed by a formula (I) and an alkoxy group-containing monomer expressed by a formula (II), and (2) 0.1-50 mass% of the cosmetic of cation surface active agent-processed powder in which surface processing of particles is performed with tetraalkylammonium salt, as one or two types of mica powder particles selected from the group consisting of muscovite, phlogopite, biotite, phlogopite synthetic fluorine and sericite. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
