PURPOSE: A gas collecting pipe for a ballast tank and a ship comprising the same are provided to enable easy maintenance by simply performing the aligning of a collecting pipe and the check and replacement of a filter. CONSTITUTION: A gas collecting pipe(100) for a ballast tank comprises a reinforcing member(110), a pipe connector(120), a collecting pipe(130), and a filter(140). The reinforcing member is tightly fastened to the outer panel(10) of the ballast tank. The pipe connector is tightly fastened to the reinforcing member. The collecting pipe is inserted into the pipe connector. The filter is replaceably fastened to the collecting pipe and is arranged outside the ballast tank.
