PURPOSE: A terminal connecting device is provided to easily connect connectors each other. CONSTITUTION: A magnetism part(300) includes first and second magnetism parts(310,320). The first and second magnetism parts are formed on first and second connection bodies(100,200). The first and second magnetism parts guide a corresponding contact by the magnetic forces of the first and second connection bodies. A first location adjusting unit(400) is placed in the first connection body so that a contact location is adjusted by rotation of the first connection body or the first connection body has displacement by the magnetic force of the magnetism parts on the second connection body.
