FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to infant surgery and ultrasonic diagnostics, and is intended for inguinal parorchidium diagnostics. Polypositional ultrasonic scanning ig inguinal area is performed. In case of parorchidium, testicle is visualised subcutaneously above fascia of external oblique muscle, while spermatic cord elements are visualised in inguinal duct. In Colour Doppler Imaging mode, spermatic cord vessels form a loop near external inguinal ring by bending over the fascia. ^ EFFECT: increased accuracy of inguinal parorchidium diagnostics, possible differential diagnostics of inguinal retention and inguinal parorchidium. ^ 1 ex, 1 dwg |
