<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to prevent a flicker phenomenon by using a switch which controls a current path according to a voltage state and a plurality of light emitting cell blocks which emit light at different voltage area. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device(200) includes a plurality of light emitting cell blocks(101-108) which emit light at a different voltage level. One terminal of the light emitting cell block is connected to a first power connection terminal(110). A switch unit(300) controls the light emission of the light emitting cell block according to a voltage. A first power connection terminal is connected to an external power source(1000). The switch unit selectively bypasses a second power connection terminal(121-128) according to the voltage.</p>
