GEAR LEVER OF TRANSMISSION FOR TRACTOR WITH REDUCTION APPARATUS OF VIBRATION

PURPOSE: A gearshift of a transmission for a work car is provided to improve the shift feeling of an operator by blocking vibration which is delivered from a transmission to a gearshift. CONSTITUTION: A first dust protection rubber material is arranged between a top flange(10a) and a bottom flange(10b). The top flange is attached to the bottom part of a top gearshift. The bottom flange is attached to the top end portion of a hub member which is combined with a bottom gearshift. A connected fastening member(1) connects the top gearshift and the bottom gearshift through the upper flange and the bottom flange. A second dust protection rubber material is arranged in the upper flange with the connected fastening member.
