摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery having a high energy conversion efficiency in which recombination of optical carriers on the back surface can be suppressed and recombination of optical carriers in a light absorption layer can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A solar battery 10 has a p-type first semiconductor layer and a p-type second semiconductor layer 16. The first semiconductor layer 15 and the second semiconductor layer are in contact with each other.
