POSITIVE ELECTRODE ACTIVE MATERIAL FOR LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY, LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY USING THE SAME, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode active material for manufacturing a lithium secondary battery having an excellent cycle characteristics and high discharge capacity by reducing a conventional drawbacks of the positive electrode active material, and to provide a manufacturing method of the positive electrode active material.

SOLUTION: The positive electrode active material for the lithium secondary battery is represented by the chemical formula (1). The positive electrode active material of which effective magnetic moment of the phase is 2.4 μB/mol or more is obtained by appropriately controlling reaction conditions (for example, burning temperature based on composition, cooling rate, purity of raw material).
