<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a 3D image data for three-dimensionally showing the distribution of the movement of blood vessels. <P>SOLUTION: An image acquiring section 42 chronologically acquires 3D image data three-dimensionally showing the structure of the body of a subject to which an angiography agent is prescribed in linkage with the acquisition of electrocardiogram waveform data by an electrocardiogram waveform acquiring section 41. An extracting section 43 extracts regions indicating the blood vessels on the basis of voxel values for each of a plurality of 3D image data acquired by the image acquiring section 42 at one pulse cycle indicated by the electrocardiogram waveform data to extract 3D blood vessel image data.
