<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved waterproof cover for portable telephones, which stably makes the portable telephones watertight without damaging the portability of the portable telephones. <P>SOLUTION: The waterproof cover for portable telephones according to an embodiment include a cover body, in which a space having a shape similar to a contour of a portable phone is formed so as to house the portable phone. The cover body is made of polyurethane material so as to cover and closely contact with the housed portable phone, and a housing hole is provided at an upper end surface for inserting or removing the portable telephone.
