PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute advertisements with excellent convenience and to measure advertisement effect with high probability.

SOLUTION: An advertisement distribution server 170 comprises: means for receiving an advertisement distribution request from a portable terminal 100 on a network; means for extracting corresponding advertisement information from a database in response to the advertisement distribution request; means for distributing the extracted advertisement information to the portable terminal 100; means for receiving commodity information accepted through a purchase proof information input screen in the portable terminal 100 when purchasing an advertised commodity based on the advertisement information or the advertisement information distributed to the corresponding portable terminal 100 from the portable terminal 100; means for extracting a corresponding commodity from the database based on the commodity information or the advertisement information to create a commodity list; means for transmitting the commodity list to the portable terminal 100; means for receiving a selected commodity selected from the commodity list and purchase proof information on the selected commodity concerned from the portable terminal 100; means for authenticating the purchase proof information to the selected commodity or processing point registration according to the purchase; and means for transmitting the processing result to the portable terminal 100.
