<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance decorativeness by adding a complex design and a message to a conventional lighting fixture using a light emitting body and to enable providing complex design irrespective of a raw material, characteristics and durability of the light emitting body, and to enhance easiness of repairing and exchanging when damaged. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting apparatus includes a light emitting body (1) such as an LED and a bulb and is further provided with a light projection body such as a cylindrical body (4) and a light projection conical body (5) made of a transparent raw material which receives the light from the light emitting body (1) and reflects/transmits it, and a transparent/semi-transparent cylindrical cover part (6) to cover it.
