<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedal exercise apparatus which contributes to recovery from fatigue and improvement in lumbago, stiff shoulders, etc., since conventional pedal exercise apparatuses make it impossible for a user to perform correct exercise because of lateral shake of both knees in exercise, which results in little production of stretching and osteopathic effects. <P>SOLUTION: Walls are provided inside and outside both knees so that the lateral shake may not occur in the exercise of the knees.
